The Beat-Sonic DMS-SP302 Door Speaker Acoustic Foam Kit is a sound deadening solution that significantly improves the performance of your existing 9 x 8-inch door speakers. Acoustic foam rings, foam support strips, inner acoustic pads, and vibration-damping pads work together to eliminate the resonance and panel vibrations that rob your speakers of bass depth and clarity - all with adhesive-backed installation that requires no special tools and no permanent modifications.
Compatible with any 9 x 8-inch front door speaker, including factory speakers in select Toyota models.
Professional local installation available in La Mirada, Southern California. Contact us at info@beatsonicusa.com to book.
Why your door speakers underperform - and how the DMS-SP302 fixes it
Even good speakers sound mediocre when installed in a poorly sealed door cavity. Without proper acoustic treatment, sound waves from the rear of the speaker cone travel into the door cavity and leak back through the speaker opening - partially canceling the front output and robbing your system of bass and midrange clarity. Door panel vibrations at the speaker mounting zone make this worse, adding resonance and distortion on top of an already compromised signal.
The DMS-SP302 addresses all of this without touching the speaker itself. The acoustic foam ring and support strip create a sealed barrier around the speaker opening to prevent wave cancellation. The acoustic inner pad absorbs reflected sound from behind the speaker. The vibration-damping pad reduces door panel resonance at the source. The result is deeper bass, cleaner midrange, and a more defined overall sound - from the same speakers you already have.
Key features
- Acoustic outer foam rings with foam support strips - the support strip attaches around the outer edge of the speaker frame, then the acoustic foam ring adheres to the support strip to create a sealed enclosure around the speaker opening, focusing sound output and eliminating wave cancellation
- Acoustic inner pads - placed directly behind the speaker to absorb reflected sound waves and improve midrange and bass clarity
- Vibration-damping pads (12cm x 12cm) - reduce door panel resonance and rattling near the speaker zone
- Adhesive backing on all components - clean, secure installation with no drilling or permanent modifications
- Deeper bass and cleaner sound - eliminates the acoustic distortions that prevent your speakers from performing at their best
- Fire safety approved materials - all components meet fire safety standards
- Compatible with any 9 x 8-inch front door speaker - universal fit for factory and aftermarket speakers
- Roller applicator tool included - for clean, even application of the vibration-damping pads

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to replace my factory speakers to use this?
No. The DMS-SP302 improves the performance of your existing factory speakers by addressing the acoustic environment around them - not the speakers themselves.
