Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Our La Mirada, CA shop is appointment-only and does not accept walk-ins. Book by phone at (714) 994-1085, by email at info@beatsonicusa.com, or through our contact form, and we will schedule your install and have your vehicle-specific kit ready.
How long does an install take?
Most installs are completed the same day. ShiftPower throttle controllers take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cameras and dash cams take 30 minutes to 2 hours. CarPlay interfaces take 2 to 3 hours and smartphone mirroring takes 2 to 3 hours. Stereos take 2 to 4 hours, amplifiers 1 to 3 hours, and subwoofers and E-Mirror kits 3 to 4 hours. We confirm timing with you when you book.
Will this void my warranty or damage my car?
No. Every install connects through your vehicle's factory plugs with no wire cutting or splicing, and nothing is permanently modified. The install is fully reversible, so your interior and wiring can be returned to stock at any time.
Do you install parts I bought elsewhere?
No. We only install products Beat-Sonic USA sells. We install what we engineer and sell, so every install is done by people who know the product inside and out. If you are not sure which product fits your vehicle, contact us and we will confirm fitment before you book.
What does the lifetime install warranty cover?
The lifetime install warranty covers the labor and workmanship of the installation, and it applies only when the installed product is a Beat-Sonic USA product. If an issue ever traces back to our install work on a Beat-Sonic product, we make it right at no charge. Product coverage itself follows the standard Beat-Sonic USA product warranty.
