Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all contents, instructions manual, and in its original packaging.Â
No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted. All wiring must not be cut or altered.
You will be responsible for the shipping fees and safe transit back to us. Ensure the returned parts are returned for their full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beatsonicusa.com. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Beat-Sonic. Return products will be refused without an RMA#.Â

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, special ordered parts from Japan, or final sale items.
Adhesive products / Sound Deadening
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our adhesive products, such as the vehicle-specific sound deadening Air Baffle Kit, door speaker acoustic kit, and the acoustic vibration control kit if any of the adhesive backing on any of the products has been peeled and/or used.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges as a credit towards the product you would like to exchange for. You will receive credit for the price you paid for the product. Shipping fees will be your responsibility. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@beatsonicusa.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 5 business days. To avoid deductions on your return, please make sure the returned product(s) are in new condition. Deductions may apply if replacement parts are needed, such as original packaging boxes, installation hardware, damage to the product, or signs of installation on any harnesses or plug ports. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund if you selected free shipping, as the shipping is free only if you keep the purchase. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
