At Beat-Sonic USA, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your auto parts and accessories arrive on time and in excellent condition. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policies.

 

Shipping Carriers: We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx trusted carriers known for their reliable and prompt service.

 

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) of receipt, unless a separate processing time is mentioned on the product page.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders with Expedited Shipping for USPS must be placed by 11:00 am PST. Orders marked for USPS Priority after that time do not guarantee same-day shipment.
  • Orders with Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day Air using UPS must be placed by 1:00 pm PST. Orders for those options that come after that time do not guarantee same-day shipment.

 

Stock Availability and Shipping Locations:

  • If the purchased item is in stock at our US location, it will be shipped from there.
  • In the case that the purchased item is not in stock at our US location, you will either be notified of backorder status, or it may be shipped directly from Beat-Sonic Japan using DHL.
  • Delivery times for items shipped from our US location typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Items shipped from Japan via DHL usually take up to 3 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

 

Expedited Shipping:

  • If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock in the US warehouse with expedited shipping selected, we will promptly contact you to provide options to change the shipping method or to cancel the order.

 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
  • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to meet your needs.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

 

APO/FPO Shipping:

  • We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination.

 

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping. Please email us for a detailed quote and options: info@beatsonicusa.com. Canada rates will populate using our shopping cart.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to size, weight, or local regulations.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments:
