Smartphone mirroring for Lexus puts your iPhone or Android screen on the factory display: Google Maps, YouTube, photos, any app you can open. Factory Lexus screens have no video input and no app support, and replacing the head unit means giving up the interior Lexus built. Beat-Sonic's plug-and-play kits keep the OEM screen and add the input it never had. Designed and engineered in Japan, no permanent modifications, fully reversible.
With or without factory navigation: pick the right kit
Lexus wired its infotainment differently depending on whether the car shipped with factory navigation, so the first step is checking which system you have. The IF-04BEP is built for 2013-2020 Lexus models with factory navigation and includes a navigation and video in motion controller (the Beat-Sonic NDS6223EP) that unlocks features the system grays out while driving, such as navigation input, Bluetooth, and DVD playback. The IF-02BEP covers select Lexus models without factory navigation at a lower price. For newer vehicles, the HVXL05 is a digital HDMI interface for select 2017 and newer Lexus models.

Lexus models covered
The IF-04BEP fits a broad range of navigation-equipped Lexus vehicles, including the 2013-2020 IS, 2013-2019 RX 350/450h, 2015-2017 NX 200t/300h, 2014-2021 GX 460, 2015-2018 ES 350/300h, 2013-2020 GS, 2013-2017 LS, 2013-2021 LX 570, 2015-2017 RC, and 2013-2017 CT 200h. Owners searching for a Lexus NX smartphone mirroring system should note the NX is covered in the 2015-2017 model years with factory navigation.
The IF-02BEP covers non-navigation versions of the 2014-2019 IS, 2014-2019 GX 460, 2015-2018 ES, 2015-2017 RC, and 2015-2017 CT 200h. Fitment often comes down to trim and screen, so email info@beatsonicusa.com with your year and model if you are unsure which kit applies.
How the kits work
Your phone outputs an HDMI signal: iPhones through an Apple Lightning or USB-C Digital AV Adapter, Android phones through a wireless Miracast HDMI dongle (adapters purchased separately). The IF-series kits convert that HDMI signal to RCA and feed it into the AUX AV input of the factory head unit through a plug-and-play harness. Because the factory screen reads analog RCA, output on the IF kits is not HD; the highest factory screen resolution in the Lexus lineup is 1280 x 480. The HVXL05 avoids the conversion entirely by keeping the signal digital over HDMI, which is why it is the pick for newer screens.
Plug-and-play installation
Everything installs behind the factory radio with factory-style connectors. No cutting, no splicing, no permanent modifications to the factory harness, and the factory USB port stays fully functional. Vehicle-specific manuals are posted at our manuals page, and install videos are on the Beat-Sonic USA YouTube channel.
