About Beat-Sonic USA
Beat-Sonic USA is the North American branch of Beat-Sonic Japan, serving the car community since 2007. From our facility in La Mirada, CA, we design and distribute premium plug-and-play vehicle electronics — wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto interfaces, Encore amplifiers, ShiftPower throttle response controllers, camera solutions, and stereo upgrades for Toyota, Lexus, Porsche, Tesla, and dozens of other makes. We are a company of car enthusiasts, and every order that goes out the door reflects our brand.
The Role
We are hiring a hard-working, organized Part-Time Warehouse Associate to help our operations team pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week).
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day (20 hours/week)
- Choose one: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Additional hours are likely during our busy holiday season
What You Will Do
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
- Receive incoming deliveries, check inventory, and restock shelves
- Use shipping software to process and track orders
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe
What We Are Looking For
- A strong work ethic — hard-working, diligent, dependable, and ready to work the full shift
- Organization and attention to detail — keep the workspace orderly and double-check every order, not just the count
- Light assembly of small products
- A genuine interest in cars, the aftermarket, or the car scene (not required, but a big plus)
- Customer-first mindset — the box you pack is the customer's first impression of us
- Reliability and ownership — show up on time and do what you say you will do
Requirements
- 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping, or packing experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks
- Closed-toe shoes required in the warehouse (per CA safety regulations)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position; I-9 verification required)
