On the NDS6223EP and STN7028, the DVD and video unlock can be programmed to stay engaged full time, while the navigation unlock toggles with your OEM steering wheel button. The STN7028 can also be programmed to engage navigation in motion full time. The system beeps to confirm the bypass status, so you always know where you stand.
Once active, the module unlocks destination and point of interest entry, phone contact browsing, keypad dialing, music folder browsing, DVD playback, and Lexus Enform App Suite functions such as Pandora, iHeartRadio, Yelp, and OpenTable on supported systems.

Most applications require factory navigation. The 2015-2017 GS needs an additional GPS harness, reflected in that variant's price.
- STN7028 (2018-2025): 2019-2022 ES, 2019-2022 UX, 2018-2022 NX, 2020-2022 RX, 2018-2022 LS, 2018-2022 LC, 2018-2025 RC with factory navigation, 2022-2023 GX, and 2021-2025 IS including the IS 500.
