Definite and Noticeable Improvement, I Would Recommend

23 4Runner non JBL This was incredibly easy to install, especially if you have had the head unit out before. Only tricky part is where to run/hide wires depending in your install location. Mine will be secured under the drivers seat. I added an Alpine PWES8, which was quite easy with the seat power adapter from Beat Sonic. The sound is significantly clearer and I think this is due to the great mid/treble improvement. The bass was improved (before the Alpine sub was added) but the real improvement was the quality and clarity of voices and supporting instruments in the music. I chose this as I wanted better audio and could not find an AM head unit that I liked. Considering what you get and how flexible it is with the settings should you ever change from factory speakers, this is priced well. I like having the OEM appearance. I felt like I was sticking my head out a bit with this purchase due to the lacking reviews and info online, but after installing and using, I have no regerts.
