The AVC-39 Cable works without any issues in my 2013 Lexus ES350 without Navigation.
Using this also with the BeatSonic NT6122 Bypass module and all components are working as advertised, I would recommend that you consult with BeatSonic if your particular vehicle is not listed in regards to the Lexus ES350.
I mistakenly bought the AVC-38 cable and it did not work. BeatSonic went above and beyond in making sure I had the proper parts that were required for my Lexus! Very pleased with their products. (Posted on 8/22/2016)
Just saved few thousand bucksReview by BABS

Adding the DVD player option on my car would cost me few thousand bucks (not because the DVD player is really that expensive, but I had to get a package) from the dealer, so I declined the offer.
My wife talks too much while I'm driving, and I wanted to add a video so that she would leave me alone.
Beat-Sonic, thankfully had what I was looking for, plus they gave me lots of technical tips that I didn't even aware.
Now I have portable DVD player hooked up to my front screen using AVC39 and my wife is as quiet as sleeping beauty.
Thanks, Beat Sonic. (Posted on 1/13/2016)
Very easy to installReview by OES

It really was plug and play.
I just had to pop the navigation and connect AVC39 and that was the end of installation.

I connected my game console to my car for my kids.
It was just like connecting my game to the TV using the RCA cable.

Now I'm able to watch movies by using the AVC39.
It plugs in right behind the head unit (you'll find a matching connector) and the RCA A/V outputs are connected to the DVD player.
Installation was very easy that I think my wife can do it too.
