Shipping & Delivery
Beat-Sonic currently ships using USPS and UPS. All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. In the case that the purchased item is not in stock at the US location, the item will be shipped directly from Beat-Sonic Japan using Express Mail Service (EMS). Depending on the location, it may take up to 4 business days for delivery. If ordering with expedited shipping, please contact us to ensure that we have the product in stock. In an event that an order is made on a product that is out of stock in the US warehouse with expedited shipping, we will contact you providing an option to change shipping method or cancelling the order.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Returns & Replacements
For any reason, shall you return the product, please read below:
Defective and DOA Products:
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for defective and DOA product to receive the RMA#.
2. We will issue an exchange for the same product at no cost.
3. Shipping cost back to Beat-Sonic USA will be charged to the customer, however Beat-Sonic USA will pay for the shipping back to the customer.
 
All Other Returns:
1. Return for exchange or refund for ALL Items will be allowed within 7 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
2. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original sale-able packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
3. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
4. All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier.
5. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted. All wiring must not be cut or altered.
6. All Returns after a 24 hour period are subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee.
7. No refund on Shipping charges for both ways.
8. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Beat-Sonic. Return products will be refused without an RMA#.

Ordering
All orders placed with Beat-Sonic USA, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on beatsonicusa.com
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Paypal, credit card, cashier's check and money order as form of payment.. All certified forms of payment must be made payable to Beat-Sonic USA Inc. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of all parts before installation. For any credit card payment issues please contact us.
Warranty
All Beat-Sonic products come with a limited warranty covering manufacurer's defects. Products that shows signs of abuse and inproper installation and usage will not be covered under our policy. All interface adapters, modules, video amplifiers, shark fin antennas and rear back up cameras are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. All mobile holders are covered for 90 days.
